What do I wear to class?
Yoga pants, Tank Top, Bare feet ABSOLUTELY NO OILS OR LOTIONS OR MOISTURIZERS ON THE BODY PRIOR TO CLASS Slippery hands and legs can impede pole gripping and can make for a dangerous situation. Just as important…REMOVE all jewelry from you fingers, wrists, neck, ears, ankles, bellybutton, etc. Not only can it damage the pole’s surface, but can cause you bodily injury by scratching or piercing the skin, or even catching onto clothing.
Is there a weight limit for pole dancing?
Do I need to have previous dance/gymnastics/fitness experience?
NO! All you need is the courage to walk through the door, and the instructors will teach you the rest.
How many students are allowed in class?
14 participants maximum for Friday Night Pole Parties or for Private Parties/Bachelorette Groups
What kind of poles do you have?
Our poles are Chrome X-Pole Brand Poles. They are securely mounted to a permanent mount in the ceiling and the floor. They are 9 feet high, and 45mm in diameter (1.75″)
