Intro to Pole (45 mins)
New to Pole? This is where your journey begins. We will introduce you to the basic & fundamentals of pole dancing including climbs and spins. This is full fledged workout class you can repeat as often as needed until you are ready to move to Level 1.

Beginner Pole – Level 1 (60 mins)

Level 1 – This level is designed for women new to pole fitness. You will continue to learn the fundamentals of Pole Fitness such as hand grips, basic spins, floor work, transitional moves & to learn to CLIMB. This class will begin with a warm up, move to a full body work out then onto the pole to learn fun moves. Don’t worry about having the strength or ability to start this class, we help you out from the very first lesson. This level is all about strength, safety & fun. **Prerequisites – Intro to Pole must be completed before attending Level 1.**

Beginner Pole – Level 2 (60 mins)

Level 2 – this level works on everything you learned in level 1. We add new tricks, combos, climbs, descents, dance choreography, much more. This level is where you learn to INVERT! Work out is faster paced and more intense. Get ready for some serious moves and fun. **Prerequisites – Intro to Pole & Level 1 must be completed before attending Level 2.*
